What this policy covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by oxfordsciencegroup.com. The launch build uses essential local storage to remember your privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics 4 code is present only as a disabled configuration shell and must not load until you consent and a valid production measurement identifier has been inserted.

Essential storage
Essential storage remembers your privacy choice and supports website security or form operation. It is not used for advertising. Because the choice must be remembered, the preference record is enabled without optional consent.
Optional analytics
Analytics helps the group understand which pages and routes are useful. It remains off unless you accept analytics. The production team must configure data retention, disable unnecessary advertising features, document the provider and update this policy before enabling it.
Change your choice
Use the “Cookie settings” control in the website footer at any time. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to group information or the contact form. You can also clear stored website data through your browser.
Browser controls
Browsers allow you to block or remove cookies and local storage. Blocking all storage may prevent the site from remembering your choice, so the consent notice may appear again.
Changes to this policy
This page must be updated before a new analytics, advertising, embedded-media or personalisation service is enabled.
